I could not be happier with my experience with Joe. My wife and I set out to buy a home a few months ago. Being green around the gills, we attempted to venture into the realm of real estate on our own. We were looking at a house, and was nearly taken to the cleaners by another real estate agent, who referred us to a lender who was never available to provide any assistance. A good friend of ours asked us why we were attempting to purchase a home without an agent. We've spoken to real estate agents in the past, and they always seem to be looking for their next commission, and usually don't seem to have your best interests at heart. She gave us Joe's information, and the same night, he immediately responded to us. Within a few days we met up with him, and we immediately felt completely comfortable with him. He is a master at actively listening, as he took a look at what we were looking at, and what we had to work with. He kept in touch with us via text messaging, email, and phone calls throughout the process, even giving us advice while he was taking a few days off, as he dropped everything to answer our questions, and guided us throughout the entire process. We hit a few speed bumps through the process, but if we hadn't had Joe, we would have been stuck in a tiny studio apartment, and continued being miserable. Joe has awesome connections with the right people who are part of his team. From the lender, to the home inspector, he had reliable, trustworthy people working together that made our recent home purchase easy, and left us feeling very confident before we signed off on the fine print. Due to a previous lender we went with, we found ourselves in a bit of a pickle. I was panicky, and Joe was there to talk me off the ledge, and got us into our home. If I had known then what I know now, I would have talked to Joe much sooner. Joe goes above and beyond for his clients. He has exceptional people skills and is very patient. He made my first home buying experience very smooth and explained every single thing to me so I could understand what was going on every step of the way. He always gets back to me right away and always has my best interest at heart. He even helped caulk my sinks! If that is not going above and beyond I don't know what is! He has a lot of experience and knows what he's talking about! He will definitely be my realtor for any future home buying process.

I was referred to Joe by a friend. I was having some trouble finding VA approved condos in my price range. Joe did a fantastic job finding me the perfect condo. He went above and beyond what any other agent would have done. He worked with the sellers agent, the lender and the escrow company to close faster than we had planned. Without Joe and his dedication, this wouldn't have happened.
